What does it mean if my application has been marked non-responsive and can I still receive assistance?

After multiple failed attempts to contact both you and your landlord, we closed your application and marked it non-responsive. CCP will attempt to contact applicants through email, phone, and text. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the application will be marked non-responsive and will not receive assistance. Applications marked non-responsive cannot be re-opened.
