How can I find out if my tenant has applied for Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) through CCP?

Landlords will not be able to see if a tenant has applied until both your account, and your tenant’s account is set up, and both accounts are linked to each other. Here are our suggestions:

    1. Register your account and list them as one of your tenants.
    2. Make sure your tenant has your correct email address, so we are to connect your account with your tenant’s account as quickly as possible.
    3. Ask your tenant to log in to their account and show you their application, or a screenshot of their application as proof.
