Under the Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) program, CCP can pay back rent and potentially up to 3 months perspective rent once a tenant applies and is deemed eligible for assistance. No more than 18 months total can be paid but depending on the number of months back rent owed; it could be much fewer.
